Sometimes,
the
Most Profound
Changes
to a
Huge, Dysfunctional System Are
So
Incredibly Simple that They Are
Invisible.
--------------------
What Isn't Working:
Obviously, you already know
that, both personally and
collectively,
we are struggling with a money
system that's not working,
so, instead of swimming in that
economic sewer, we'll focus on a
system that will provide
abundance for everybody:
The
Alternatives:
We're about to share with you
a way
to end the average person's personal
money struggles and
a real
alternative to our present,
highly dysfunctional,
economic system.
The biggest drawback to talking
about this new perspective on
money is that it's
so far out of mainstream
thinking that at first glance,
it appears to be an unreal
fairytale.
It sounds
way too good to be true.
We assure you, it is true and we
back up our claims with
evidence.
We have devised a new financial
system that is fair,
functional,
long-term-sustainable, efficient,
and easy to implement.
Our
New Corporate World, Win-Win
Business Structure
utilize revised and updated
versions of the traditional
non-profit foundation.
The foundations can partner with
existing corporations. The
foundations can set up their own
for-profit corporations and
replace existing corporations
that are supposed to but don't
server the public interest.
The new system gives equal
priority to corporate and
foundation employs,
to management, to customers, to
any remaining private
stockholders, and
to the environment.
This system can can dramatically
reduce and eventually eliminate
all taxes,. It can
fund city, county, state and
even the federal government.
It can convert stockholder
ownership and control of
existing corporations
from
private ownership only to
a foundation/corporate
partnership ownership.
This system can end the
nation's financial crisis?
Are you at least curious
enough to examine the evidence?
We're about to back up these
claims with the evidence, so, if
you're still with us,
let us walk you through the
steps to the solution.
The solution is right under our
noses, hidden in plain sight in
the basic economics of how one
earns and/or obtains control of
money.
Original, Basic Economics:
Money came from four
sources,
land,
capital, coordination, or
labor.
Originally,
excess profits reverted to land.
In other word, once labor,
coordination, and capital are
paid, everything left belonged to
the land owner. In
the original system, wealth
came to a person:
1)
By being the land owner (the
king, the prince, the tribe
leader)
2)
By financing what the land owner
wanted done (the money-lenders)
3)
By coordination/management (the
king's agents and enforcers)
or
4)
by
labor/work (the peasants who did
the work)
In
today's business world,
we have the same four sources of
income in
a slightly altered format.
Land
has been expanded to include
business
ownership.
In business, ownership is
commonly held in the form of
corporate stocks.
Capital
is in a multitude of forms,
commonly, cash, money market
accounts, stock, bonds, etc.
Coordination
has become corporate management,
i.e. those who give instructions
to the people who do the
work.
Labor
is still pretty much as it always
has been.
As
you well know, in today's society,
the people who are the
Business Owners
and/or the supplier of
Capital control
almost all the wealth and they
keep most of the business
profits for themselves.
Most of those in
Coordination are
making a life-sustaining living,
but the people who
provide
Labor
(those who actually produce the
goods and services) are
all too often in
desperate financial condition.
The
dysfunction is not lack of
money, it's in the fact that the
vast majority of profits go to
Ownership and to
Capital.
Many people strive to to reach
the point where
Ownership or
Capital
is supporting them, too, but very few
succeed and those who
do succeed, provide wealth only for
themselves.
Now, suppose there was a
business structure that, instead of
simply directing more money
to traditional
Ownership and
traditional
Capital, it
could redirect a major portion of future profits to
coordination, to
labor
and it
directed excess profits to fund
city, county, state and federal
governments.
Suppose that the traditional
monetary system that focuses
almost exclusively on directing
money to
Ownership and
Capital
were replaced by a new financial
system that gave equal priority
to
Ownership,
Capital.
Coordination,
and
Labor
and
also to protecting the
environment.
Suppose that a present-day,
independent, stand-alone
corporations chose to create a partnership
between
their for-profit corporation
with a
revised and updated version of
the traditional non-profit
foundation The
Corporation would set up an
independent, non-profit
foundation and each month, the for-profit corporation
would donate a small portion of its
profits, to the foundation (such
as half on the money presently
donates to charity).
Suppose the foundation used the
money to by stock in its
partnering corporation.
The Foundation would eventually
own controlling interest in the
corporation. The
foundation would then become
dominant
Ownership and it
would also own and control
most of the corporate
Capital.
At that point, the corporation
would no longer be dominated by
outside money interests.
The potential of this form of
partnership is awesome.
In addition to what we've just
described, there are at least
three other ways to
use revised and updated versions
of the traditional non-profit
foundation to solve major
financial and environmental
problems. We've
detailed and explained all of
them on our websites.
We
invite you to examine the
evidence. And one
other thing, if you don't
believe us,
we challenge you to
prove us wrong!
