What's In It for You?      

Ten Percent!   Ten percent of all money that you bring to this project is yours to do with as you wish.  

For example, if you inspire a major corporation to donate a million dollars to this project, you put $100,000 dollars in your pocket.   If you are any good at selling, this should be an easy sell.   

If a corporation you are soliciting is interested in donating, but baulks at your 10% finders fee, you can remind them that 88% of their donation is going directly to the project and that's much better than you'll find for most charitable foundations.  

Also, you can offer to reduce your commission to what a realtor make, 6%.   Remember six percent of something is better than 10% of nothing.   We're talking big dollar donations -- donations in the millions, so your 6% or even just 3%commission is still a lot of money.  

This is a huge multi-million-dollar project.   Our donation finders are going to make a lot of money.   You may as well be one of them.  

Please note that the 10% applies only to the first 30 million that comes to the foundation as donations to pay for this project.   After that, the donation rate drops to 6%.   Also be aware that 2% of the donations will go  as an honorarium for creating and setting up this project. 

Whatever commissions you do earn, we invite you to donate a portion of you new prosperity to TLC-Life-Center.   Why?   First, because we are the visionaries behind the project.   We created this program.   Without us, you'd have nothing.  

The second reason is that like any other organization, we require funding so we can continue our work.
